I get a text message with a pdf attached indicating additional services were found to allegedly be needed - services that doubled my original estimate. Nobody seemed to care about the dead mouse in the vent of the car I just bought. I had to figure out how to get it out myself. I could of taken it in, but nobody at the dealership could assure me I wouldn't be charged a minimum of 200$ to have it even looked at. None of my emails were answered. Quindell was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed and even though the part needed wasn't available he took care of me and will arrange to get the part needed.

Every happy with the service I received the service was very polite and helpful and understanding

Quindell H. was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Would work with him again. Service was done quickly within the time given, and they offered free sodas in the waiting area (which I thought was a nice perk for customers).

Hadeel was very helpful and kind. She made sure I was informed on all necessary repairs and made sure I had a print out of the best deals for what I needed.

Took our 2020 Passport in for usual maintenance, and a static issue. Terrell listened to my concerns about my vehicle, and wrote it up on the work order. I called back several hours later with a minor issue, and it was taken care of when I pick up the vehicle. Everything was explained to me, and in a way I could understand. I always feel welcomed, and my husband feels confident enough to send me there and let me handle the situation knowing were getting the best service possible. Everyone is very respectful and courtesy in the service department.

Clean. Friendly. Car was done in the time span given. Have always taken my 2005 Honda into same dealer for maintenance since I purchased it.

Got my Civic in today to get the tires rotated and the car washed. Was there for only about an hour and all looks good. Terrell is doing a great job in the service department and the price can't be beaten in the Milwaukee area!

All-Star Honda doesn't like savvy car shoppers , they have a take it or leave it attitude. You're better off dealing with Wilde Honda, or Schlossmans Honda. I've dealt with both and have been treated much more fairly than at All-Star Honda.

Took it back and it worked properly, six months later, while still under supposed warranty, air was not working for third time . I absolutely love this place. They did everything they could to get me and my fiancé in a vehicle. The preown options where amazing. I was helped by Isaiah J, who went above and beyond for us. Also had a great personality and was such a pleasure to work with. Mark also was fantastic, wouldn’t of drove off the lot without him. And Lamar is such a pleasure. Definitely recommend this place treats you like family.

My wife and I were visiting Milwaukee and staying in a hotel next to the airport. I inadvertently put the wrong kind of fuel in my gas tank late in the early evening and called our Honda service manager in Michigan who told me to have the car towed to the nearest Honda dealer and have the gas tank siphoned. Emailed dealership inquiring about CRV hybrids. They stated no mark up from MSRP over email and to stop by dealership to place an order. Get to the dealership and the salesman stated that the emails were inaccurate and $4000 markup adjustment at the minimum on new vehicles. Don’t bother with this dealership, they have no issues lying or taking advantage of this market.

Went to All-Star Honda without an appointment because I was having trouble with auto door locks and also wanted to check battery. Maureena was very helpful. She was courteous and patient with me. We worked out the auto lock issue and tested the battery on the spot. I was able to have battery replaced immediately and about 30 minutes later I was able to leave with confidence that all was good. Called about a vehicle they had in stock, sent in a credit application immediately and wanted to make the 2 hour trek down the following day to purchase and let them know that. I had to chase them down the following day to get a “oh, we’re working on it right now, call you back in 15 minutes”. Well, two weeks later now and no response. I purchased a new vehicle from a different dealer, sad that they wasted my time.

Received call from Briana making an appt with Mark at dealership about selling my car. Set for 11:40. Mark walked past me several times in dealership and never spoke with me. Had oil change and tire rotation. Left there, drove about a mile and tire pressure warning lights came on. Had to drive back to dealership to have car "reset". Why did tech not do that initially? Also did not wash car after service as is usually done.

The staff was very good. Informative and friendly. Only here for the summer but will return for service when needed. Staff was great took me into the service area to show me what needed to be done.

I was in this place for a service (safety recall) to my car. The people were very kind, friendly and very attentive. The job was done very quickly and my car was returned to me the same day. His papers indicated what had been done to him. I recommend the place to other people because they gave me good service, good job of customer service!

Didn’t preform tire rotation. Shane accused me of lying about it than hung up on me. Maintenance manager never called back. Would love for the manager to call me back. I left him a message 8-12-2021. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Salesmen and managers only work for their commission. Lie to your face and attempt to break your bank. I don’t recommend & will never return.

This was my best visit of three. No pressure to buy service which was unnecessary unlike previous visits. Don’t try to sell service I don’t need. Trust will result in loyalty.

Ev Tyrone was pleasant and very helpful...the dealership provided a ride back to my condo and then they sent the shuttle to bring me back to the dealership when work completed...

Said I didn’t have appt til following Saturday and weren’t going to take me until I showed them reminder text for today. Also didn’t change tire valve for a tire that has been losing air since I bought in November. Not a very good first service visit.

I went there for an oil change. It was a fast oil change; however, they changed all my settings (seat, heat, mirror, dash lighting, etc...WHY?!! Leave it all alone)

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush. The service was fast and my car was ready to go with in two hours. My only gripe is that the service department charged me a $8.23 environment disposal fee to print the repair order. Not only does that seem excessive but an obvious attempt to squeeze a few extra dollars out their customers. I will not be going back to that dealer.

The dealership promptly scheduled an appointment for me when I called about a recall for my tonneau cover. Christopher called me the same day and informed me I needed a new cover, which he ordered and had installed, along with tether straps within a day. He worked with manufacturer to replace the cover for me at no cost. Excellant service, great job!!

Robert went above and beyond to help service our vehicle. Had a windshield replaced and he went out of his way to take care of the communication and handling of the situation to make it as easy as possible. Robert was friendly and extremely helpful in taking care of a couple other service items that were needed. He also did not try to take advantage or sell more than needed. Robert’s customer service will go along way the next time I buy a vehicle.

My service was excellent from beginning to end. Lamar was patient and accommodating throughout. The finance person was as well. I would refer AllStar Honda to my friends and family whenever their needs arise. I was very satisfied considering, even though my hopes were going from high to low (at no fault of AllStar Honda). Very clean and kind place! Did my oil change in no time and were very nice! Would absolutely recommend to everyone with a Honda vehicle.

I am highly disappointed of my service today. I got my engine oil changed but They forgot the reset my service indicator, so I had to come back. After couple miles my tire pressure light went on but. So they even did not check the tire pressure but charged extra $19 for balance.

Really happy with my service today. Robert was great to work with. He advised me of other service my car needed but was not pushy to work with, which in appreciated.

I went to look at a car advertised on their website. When I arrived it had ‘just’ been sold but they had this other car. Bought a new 2018 crv and was given an MVP card valued at $150. I tried to redeem it for some wiper blades today and was told since the dealer ship changed hands last August that the current owners of Allstar won’t honor them. I was told that they were in legal talks with the old owners about this program and they would at some point possibly honor them. But with no timeline or guarantee that they actually would redeem them. I was then given a story about McDonald’s not having to opt into programs with ownership changes.
